III. HOLY – GOD sanctifies, shares His holiness.

The holiness and devotion to God.
Giving the liturgical – cultical rules and revealing in this way His holiness, God has reserved the some space for Himselves
(eg. shrines), people (like the priests and prophets), items (eg. clothing), time (eg. the Sabbath). All of this was devoted to God in a specially set rituals, and thus excluded from normal use (eg. life of priests was governed by the very detailed regulations).
Sanctity of these things is different because of the degree of relationship with God.
The holiness of the people, things, etc. is not the same kind as the holiness of God.
Holiness is not achieved automatically, as a result of contact with God, but it is the result of free decision of God, in accordance with His law and according to the rites laid down by Him. Read the rest of this entry »

HOLY – GOD WANTS HIS NAME TO SANCTIFY

God, jealous of its exclusive right to receive the honor and obey Him, wants Him to be regarded as one God, so as to be expressed by the people of His own holiness.

Hallow the Name of God, it means fear Him, it is also personally submitted the glory and character of deep faith.

Proudly celebrated the liturgy reveals His glory and the perfect way enhances His majesty.
